Technology head
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Leadership:
○ Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with Company’s overall
business goals.
○ Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of the company’s technology
infrastructure, software development, tech platforms and IT operations.
○ Advise the executive team on emerging technology trends and their potential
impact on the business.
● Technology Operations:
○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring reliable,
efficient, and secure technology services.
○ Manage the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s digital
platforms, including websites, learning management systems (LMS), and internal
software tools.
○ Ensure the optimal performance and integration of key business systems such as
Ozonetel, LeadSquared, LMS, and other critical applications.
○ Implement and manage disaster recovery, data protection, and cybersecurity
measures to safeguard company assets.
● System Management:
○ Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of company
systems like Ozonetel (contact center software), LeadSquared (CRM and
marketing automation), LMS, and other essential technology platforms.
○ Ensure these systems are fully integrated with other business processes and that
they meet the organization’s operational requirements.
○ Regularly review system performance and implement updates or improvements
to maximize efficiency and user experience.
● Project Management:
○ Lead technology projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
○ Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and
provide effective solutions.
○ Prioritize and manage multiple technology projects and initiatives to meet
organizational deadlines.
● Team Leadership:
○ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of
innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
○ Set clear performance goals for the technology team and conduct regular
performance evaluations.
○ Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance
their skills and career growth.
