You will work closely with organizations’ leadership to scope & plan key events, handle end-to-end management and prove return on investment (ROI) for domestic and international markets.

● Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
● Liaising and negotiating with vendors, managing budgeting and handling logistics
● Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations
● Work with in-house designers to ensure event display accurately represents the company.
● Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.

Requirements:

● Growth & Marketing vertical at company is all about creative minds, apply if you are creative, innovative, and a go-to-person for various stakeholders
● Undergraduate degree in any discipline. Post Graduate degree in marketing / event management / program management preferred
● 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.
● Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including B2B events, conferences
● Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
● Strong communication skills – written and oral
● Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, MS Word
