Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative with a passion for wellness and nutrition. The role involves identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and promoting the benefits of customized nutrition plans. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of wellness principles and excellent sales abilities, helping clients recognize how tailored nutrition can enhance their health.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect New Clients: Identify potential clients through social media, networking, and referrals, targeting corporate clients, clubs, and societies interested in nutrition plans.
Educate & Consult: Effectively communicate the advantages of personalized nutrition to potential clients, explaining how plans align with health goals.
Client Assessments: Conduct consultations to understand each client’s nutritional needs and health objectives.
Sales Presentations: Present and discuss tailored nutrition plans, showcasing benefits for health and performance.
Close Sales: Negotiate and manage objections to meet or exceed sales targets.
Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head, aligning team goals with broader objectives.
Market Research: Stay updated on trends in nutrition, wellness, and fitness to better serve clients.
Sales Reporting: Track and record all sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, or nutrition.
Skills:
Knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills to manage client relationships effectively.
