Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of 10-12 sales managers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Team Management: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Talent Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the team to ensure succession planning and minimize turnover. • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular, accurate, and insightful reporting on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends. • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong leadership and influence, driving a culture of excellence within the team. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading high performing sales teams.
• Team Management: Experience managing large teams (100+ employees) and a demonstrated ability to motivate and coach individuals.
• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales operations, strategy, and performance management. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and metrics.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining a positive team culture.
• Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.
• Experience with sales enablement, training, and development programs.
