Job Title: Design Lead

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the development and execution of design strategies that support business goals and brand identity.

● Drive design innovation and identify opportunities to enhance the brand’s visual communication.

● Lead design strategy for complex initiatives and develop emerging design leaders.

● Manage the scope of work for the design team, allocating tasks effectively based on individual strengths and project requirements.

● Coach and mentor direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and support for career development.

● Oversee design resource allocation, ensuring optimal capacity, velocity, and timely delivery of high-quality design work.

● Prepare and track the design schedule, ensuring projects progress smoothly and meet deadlines.

● Surface and address project bottlenecks, dependencies, and conflicts proactively. ● Ensure successful project execution by the team, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining high standards.

● Adhere to creative guidelines and brand standards to maintain consistency in design communication.

● Maintain and apply a process for effective design, ensuring high-quality design decisions are made consistently.

● Champion the value of design within the organization and advocate for design-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

● 6+ years’ experience in Graphic Designing

​

● Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, fine arts or a related field or equivalent

● Advance proficiency level of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop along with, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Firefly, and After Effects (optional) ● Excellent knowledge of creative and design production planning and quality control principles.
