1. Checking and Processing of Monthly Salary JV’s , Salary F&F JV’s and Statutory\s\s
liability JV’s (PF, ESI, etc) – Posting into correct salary ledgers and Allocation – As per salary JV recd from HR. Preparing monthly salary schedules
1. Giving finance F&F clearance for any receivable/payable of Employees 
1. Checking of Rent master provided by Admin, Checking for new and escalated cases against the respective rent agreements , checking rent, amenities and maintenance charges , incorporating GST and TDS in the same and preparing the final checked finance Rent Master . Based on the above rent master finalised approving the rent invoices in P2P, extracting the accounting entries and posting in SUN and making the payments
1. Lease Equalization checking and preparation and posting the entry for the same 
1. Proper maintenance of all the ledgers pertaining to landlords and ensure no balance lying and allocating them 
1. Deposit – Checking with agreements and payment of various deposits. Preparing monthly deposit schedules . Checking and reconciling of F&F statements of landlords and passing the required entries for clearing the respective landlord balances and Deposits pertaining to respective landlord
1. Other misc. activities related to above for eg. Audit related requirements and\s\s
queries to above, etc..
Education : CA Inter / CA
Experience : Atleast 2-3 yrs of experience; preferably from Accounts Payable KPO
