Role: Brand Manager\s\s
\s\s
Job Summary:\s\s
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to\s\s
strengthen the company’s market presence and guide the brand’s strategic narrative to elevate its\s\s
market presence and impact.\s\s
Key Responsibilities:\s\s
● Define and manage the brand strategy across Media.\s\s
● Create, execute, and manage marketing calendars and campaigns for the brand\s\s
● Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities across the target geos\s\s
globally.\s\s
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing strategies and\s\s
plans. Closely work and manager external agency partners to deliver results\s\s
● Lead communication development on the brand covering all channels like Product, CRM,\s\s
Performance Marketing, Social media platforms.\s\s
● Build IPs and create a pipeline of content & ideas to be promoted across channels.\s\s
Qualifications & Experience:\s\s
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing\s\s
● 4 to 6 years’ brand management or marketing experience on working on new age brands\s\s
● Experience of working in Global markets like LATAM, South East Asia and MENA is a plus\s\s
● Exposure to the creative development process, including multi-media campaign creation\s\s
and execution, media planning and digital planning etc.\s\s
● Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand\s\s
awareness and visibility\s\s
● Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand data\s\s
● Cross functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and\s\s
internal stakeholders\s\s
● Experience of working in an unstructured environment and a strong bias for action\s\s
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills\s\s
● Self-motivated, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude.
