Candidate will be responsible to prepare and analyze the claims data and to submit the data to stakeholders like Management, Regulator or any other party. Candidate is expected to handle large volumes of complex data, critically review processes and process adherence as well as come up with process improvement suggestions.

Candidate will be also responsible to handle claims so should have basic knowledge of Insurance

Main Responsibility and Requirements
1. Analytical skills:- Candidate should possess an eye for numbers and should be able to design, generate and analysis data/MIS for giving key strategic inputs to management
1. Candidate to have good MS knowledge and aware about basic formula’s like V-lookup, Pivot, etc to prepare the data and timely submission of the same.
1. Reports like IIB, Management reports, department performance, regulator reports, etc are required to be submitted at frequent intervals
1. Knowledge of Macros will be an additional advantage
1. Interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively liaise with cross functional & cross location team to arrange the data required to make presentation or submit to regulator/Generali
1. Follow-up with IT team to design the reports wherever required.
1. Good Presentation skills and written skills to draft the key points in presentation.
1. Insurance Knowledge:- Knowledge about General Insurance products to handle the claims and awareness of regulatory provisions and PHPI guidelines is essential
1. Graduate
1. Associate offered by III or equivalent wlll be an added advantage.
1. MS Office certification
1.  Minimum 3 years in Insurance company preferably in claims stream but not mandatory
1. Mandatory to have experience in Reporting and MIS
